Bugaboo bee 6

Hi there, I am looking for a lightweight but decent pushchair that can be used for newborns up to pre-school. Can I ask anyone with the bee 6 if they would recommend it and if the seat is big enough to accommodate a 3 year old comfortably??
thanks

Hi we have this and my tall 4 year old daughter still fits in comfortably on the odd occasion she needs a buggy. I really rate it, folds easily to fit in my boot and we have a hood that fully unzips to completely cover her in the sun. Slight niggle is that the raincover that comes with it is cheap and nasty, I recommend getting the slightly better one that they sell, it’s much sturdier

My very tall 2.5yo fits comfortably, and I haven't pulled the backrest to the highest setting yet. I love it, particularly how small the footprint of it is (fits down cafe and bus gangways so well) and yet it accommodates big kids... but I'd add that it's not actually that lightweight...! John Lewis compared it to the yo-yo when I had our pram consultation which isn't fair at all. If I'm going up and down train station steps I need help, whereas I can pick up my kid whilst sat in their super-compact (yoyo-esque) no problem.

(If you do get it, I recommend sourcing that Bugaboo Bee XL bag... The basket is a bit pants, but the bag works really well)
