Double pushchair dilema

Hi everyone,
I desperately need some advice on double pushchairs from someone who isn't trying to sell me one.
I'm almost 6 months pg (due in feb) and have another LO who will be turning 1 in Jan so I need something that is suitable from birth and have been back and forth about whether a twin or a tandem would be better because neither seems to suit all of our needs.
I'm a single mum so I need something that's easy to use on my own (e.g. lightweight, easy to fold/maneuver) and I can't use a baby sling or carrier for health reasons.
I can't drive and rely heavily on public transport so I REALLY need something I can get on a bus.
The one car we do sometimes use (my ex MIL's) isn't very big and I have little-to-no storage space in my home so the more compact it is when folded the better.
I'm also want to stay under a budget of £400 because that's really the absolute max I can afford without getting a loan so please don't suggest something like a Bugaboo Donkey (like several people have to me recently 🙄)
Apart from that ANY suggestions are welcome because I feel like I've spent days of my life looking at every double pram money can buy without getting anywhere with it and I just want to get it sorted and think about something else.

I bought a city mini double. It’s tandem and fits though almost all doors ( there was o;ly one I didn’t get it through). It folds easily. It’s lie flat but faces away but there are windows in the hood.
The city mini got is apparently better but I bought mine second hand.
It’s quite compact when folded. Good over most terrain as well.

I got mine from marketplace and it was at probably third hand but it will probably do a few more children

I had a Mountain Buggy Duet and it was great. Took it on buses all the time, including those little glorified minibus type ones with no issues.
