Bugaboo Bee 3 Canopy Problem

Hello!
I'm wondering if anyone has had the same issue as us or knows how to fix it.

We have a Bugaboo Bee 3, an older model bought in 2015.

When we use the canopy with the bassinet, it won't sit upright properly when it's in the 'extendable' position.

We don't remember having this issue when we used it with our first so we're not sure what we've done wrong this time!

I've scoured the internet and can't find any help.

Pic? The hood on my bugaboo 3 from 2017 is pretty tired and keeps falling off the back of the buggy as the holes are so loose. Maybe worth buying a new hood
