Hi,
The grandparents were struggling to open our Mamas & Papas pram and looks like they’ve bent the poles/metal so it doesn’t all stay together on the hood at the back so there’s a big gap and cold air is getting in, plus the seat doesn’t sit quite right now.
Hopefully just missing something obvious, but anyway to fix this, please?
