Hi,

Any recommendations for a stroller? Under 300 for a tall toddler

Anyone?

How much is a Maclaren Techno and the Baby Jogger City these days?

Just having the most awful experience with Lejoux. We purchased a baby stroller about 3 months ago for our child from Lejoux. We are currently fostering her but will be legally adopting her in the coming months. The brake on our stroller stopped working about a month ago. After my partner contacted Lejoux by email they advised they could resolve the issue but we would need to send it back while they tried to repair it and if un repairable they would send a new one. Our daughter uses it daily, we live in Hastings which is incredibly hilly and have no other way of getting from home to shops and groups. We heavily rely on this stroller. It’s a necessary item that we can’t be without for any length of time. Perhaps naively we thought they may do a same day pick up and repair or exchange for a working one as it’s an online company only.

After many emails back and forth without being heard we decided to leave a truthful yet negative review on Trustpilot. Eventually, Lejoux called us today. The call started with an agent then was passed to a manager.

Lejoux have advised they would repair or exchange our stroller the same day providing we removed our reviews. I explained why I would not remove the reviews. They then threatened us and further explained they will be dealing with the issue via their ‘lawyers’.

I have the whole conversation recorded and have sent onto The Observer and The Guardian. They were very threatening and confrontational and has really shaken my partner.

This is still unresolved for us.
