Travel system tips?

Hi everyone!

First off, I'm sorry to create another post about this, but I'm really at a loss and struggling with what to go for and haven't quite found a post that covers exactly what we're looking for!

We were really into the Nuna MIXX - we loved everything about it - EXCEPT for the car seat. We don't currently own a car so since we're always in and out of taxis, ubers and rentals we really need a car seat that can be attached via seatbelt. While we could get a separate car seat, we would love to have one that's part of a travel system so we don't have to wake the little'n up and move them! We considered Buna, but we want something that lasts for longer than a year!

The other side of it is that we travel abroad to visit my family, so we'd love to have something that's travel friendly. Thanks so much, this is a minefield and after initially falling in love with the Nuna we feel like we've hit a dead end (with 3 weeks to go!).

The joie Chrome is quite similar to the Nuna Mixx - not quite as stylish but the size and fold are almost identical, and the vast majority of joie car seats can be attached by seatbelt :)
Alternatively check which car seats would fit the Nuna (with or without adapters)

That's really helpful, thank you! We did John Lewis and they only really had the luxury lines for each brand which didn't quite fit with what we were looking for!
