Cuggl Cedar Deluxe Pushchair

Does anyone have the Cuggl Cedar pushchair from Argos? We purchased one yesterday for our holiday but it doesn’t seem to be clicking into place when it’s fully reclined, is this normal?

We’ve just got back from Greece and also had the same problem with this stroller. It’s a good stroller for going for walks and sitting in when he was awake but found it was awful when the little one was trying to sleep as it does not go back far enough for them to get comfortable so ended up taking him back to the room even for short naps as he just looked so uncomfortable in this stroller
