Hi, I’ve tried contacting Venicci and the shop we bought the travel system from. Both were not very helpful. We’ve had an innocent and had to clean stroller/pushchair part with more than soap and water. However, disassembling the seat part is looking impossible and trying to get the base cover off seems impossible. Managed to get the straps out to get the removable cover off but now having a nightmare trying to put it back together.
Has anyone owned one of these and got any guides on how to assemble and disassemble it.
