I have a silver cross pioneer which is designed as a single pram/stroller.
I now have a new born, and need a double buggy. Want to sort this as cheaply as possible, wondered if I could get a Wave (duo) chassis and use the existing bassinet and seat, making it a double buggy. Did look on Silvercross/Google, but never really confirmed. I assume I might need to buy some adapters too. The bassinet & seat, look very familiar. Would rather not buy a new double pram and love the pioneer.
