How do I fold the zelia2?

Hi does anyone have the zelia2?

I just got it today, and I’m really struggling with figuring out how to fold it.

Basically I’m stuck at at the collapsing forward part. I lift the little handle at the back, and it brings the pram from carrycot into a seated chair position but then it gets stuck, it doesn’t fold further forward. Obviously it came all folded up, so it is possible. But maybe I’m missing a trick?

I just googled it and there are videos on YouTube not sure if it’s the right one though

You most likely have to pull it an extra "level" to release the mechanism.

I bet there will be a youtube video. I'll see what I can find.

Yeah I’ve watched the video from baby lady Uk and the official maxi cosi video. I get all the steps but my pram just gets stuck at the folding stage.
