Travel stroller

Hi, looking ahead (as I am prone to do!), And we are hopefully going to Portugal next April, so looking for a cheapish stroller that would suit taking on a plane, just for when DS decides he's had enough of walking!

He will be a month shy of 3 when we go, and first trip abroad with him.

My issue is all the ones coming up when I search are saying max weight 15kg? Are there any recommendations for higher weight limits as that seems low. Or do people just use them over weight limit?!

Thank you

You can use it over the weight limit, it just means it will accumulate wear and tear and break faster. It will be fine for a holiday buggy.

Or look at a second hand one.

I'd get a second hand Mcclaren. I think a lot of them have a 25kg weight capacity.

Ok, thanks both. I'll have a look for a second hand, or not be preoccupied by the weight limit. My son's 17.9kg now and he is only just 2! 🤦🏻‍♀️

Baby joggers usually have a larger weight limit and great for holidays

The silver cross strollers - zest, pop and reflex all have a 25kg weight limit.

Thanks everyone. Think a 25 is the way to go for my chunk!
