Umbrella stroller for big toddler!

My 2 year old is on 90+ centiles for both height and weight, generally walks most places but does still use a buggy occasionally. We bought the Cuggl Hazel stroller but even with the straps loosened as far as they go they still seem so tight on him and the seat seems really shallow! Does anyone have any recommendations on umbrella style strollers that have a deep seat, longer straps and a higher weight limit? Thanks!

The silver cross strollers all go up to 25kg. We have the zest and and reflex and I’d say there’s more room in the reflex. I always put the leg rest up though to make the seat seem deeper as they all seem shallow compared to our main buggy.
