Best inline double buggy?

I have a nearly 3 year old and a 6 month old. We have survived so far without a double buggy. I like to go on long walks which the older child won't always do the whole walk on his feet, and the little one is getting heavy for the carrier which starts to hurt my back.

I want something pretty slimline. I have looked online Phil and teds seems to outshine the rest mainly because dog how compact it looks. But I'm just wondering how long will the older one even last in there? We already have a icandy and a joie stroller (bought it for holidays) so adding a third pram to the collection is not ideal but not sure what else I can do.

Also I have a buggy board and I absolutely hate it. Find it so difficult to push.

Please help!

We have the newest phil and Ted's and the underneath seat is very cramped compared with how older models look. We havent used the second seat since youngest turned 1.

I still wear my 14 month old and use single buggy most of the time. Worth checking fit of your sling / trying out a different one if you want to keep wearing. Our local sling group are doing contactless hires at the moment.

We have just bought a phil and teds dot v6 for my 15 month old and 3 year old. My 3 year old walks a lot of the time but we still need the pushchair if we go for walks to the play park which is 4 miles away in the next village. My 3 year old happily hops in and out of the back seat and seams to have enough room. The main seat is absolutely huge!
