Combining Pram Parts

Does anyone know of a way of combining a carrycot from one pram with the base of another? Is there an adapter similar to the one you'd use with a car seat? I'm struggling to find anything when googling... I have a Mamas & Papas Sola 2 carrycot I want to combine with a Hybrid Edge base, if that helps :)

No, you can't do this. There are a few carrycots which just happen to fit on car seat adapters (Britax and Joie as far as I know), so if you have the right car seat adapter, you could in theory use that carrycot on another pram but for Mamas and Papas I believe the carrycot uses different adapters to the car seat - doesn't it?
