Double pushchair, HELP

GAW19 · 05/10/2020 15:54

So I'm due DC2 in March. DD will be 2 in June. I was debating just using a sling for a while but I'm going to have to have another csection so a double pushchair will defo be easier.
I can't have a side-by-side as it won't fit in my front door.
Does anyone have any recommendations? Smile

What do you tend to do in day to day life? Walking off road? Most of the good tandems are one that convert to single. Uppababy vista, city select, nuna demigrow, baby style hybrid, iCandy peach/orange, Cosatto wow XL and mountain buggy +one tend to be the most popular and versatile for baby and toddler as lots of seating positions. Also worth bearing in mind—how wide is your doorway? Mountain buggy duet has a similar wheelbase to the vista and is one of the slimmest side-by-sides

I was in your shoes and got the Mountain buggy duet PP mentioned. Side by side but fits through a standard door. Grand job. I used it intermittently up till DD1 was 5 (though she was a bit crammed into it by then!) and DD2 was 3. Got mine secondhand online.

I got an icandy double second hand online. Highly recommend, they are very easy to push and get through the door. I got mine from pramsy.com

Icandy peach!! I have it for my daughter, currently using it as a single but definitely going to buy the double kit if I have another! It’s brilliant, can’t fault it really!
