Hello! Already have a Bugaboo Bee and love it but keen to get a second smaller buggy. Thinking of buying a second hand babyzen yoyo but wondered how shorter parents find it? I'm 5'1. Thanks!

I thought the yo-yo was considered a low buggy..

Ah it's just that the handlebar isn't adjustable so wondered how shorter people find it!

I’m 5’4 and tried in store and found handle good high and wasn’t comfortable. Ended up getting a city mini zip instead (this was 4 yrs ago) which also folds really small.

I'm 5.1 and have the yo-yo, found it really comfortable to push. I've really liked it as a lightweight pushchair.

Okay thanks both! How do you find yoyo for naps @birdisland?

It's ok, but doesn't recline as much as I'd like. My DD does nap ok in it, particularly now she's bigger, but I have a M&P Ocarro that I use if I definitely want her to nap as it lies flat.

The Yoyo we generally take on days out as it's so much smaller and lighter than the Ocarro. Also, the footmuff and rain covers are both really easy to attach and take off which I really like, if you get the odd cold day you can just put the footmuff on in 5 minutes.

Do you mean you need one for planes etc?
Imo the bee is not that mucg bigger than the yoyo. Obvs a bit but not really enough to bother with having 2 iyswim.

I'm 5'5 and would find it low to push long term

Yeah it's for travel. I find the Bee a bit big for trains/ tube/ bus. Had a couple of train journeys with the Yoyo recently and it's amazing! Also fits well in car. It was pricey but do not regret it one bit - it's made public transport in a pandemic a bit less stressful.

Thanks @birdisland - my little one did a nap in it. Woohoo!

And for those short parents, I have found the tall handlebar totally fine! Such a dream of a pushchair to push...
