Baby Jogger City Mini foot muff - how to stop it sliding down!

Hoping one of you lovely mums knows the answer! Every time I put my daughter in the push chair with the liner in and the straps threaded through; it slips down so the hole that the shoulder strap comes through no longer lines up with the hole it's threaded through on the main push chair part.
It's driving me mad because it means the straps don't fit my daughter properly - does anyone know if there's a way round this? Is it just me or am I supposed to attach the top of the liner onto the push chair base some how? (My mamas and papas did this)

Thanks!

You could put a bit of self adhesive Velcro on the foot muff and attach it to the top of the seat?

I was thinking that - I just wasnt sure if I'd attached it wrong (as I can't be the only person with this issue?) but Velcro was my solution too!
