Hi All. Bit of a random request but my mind is being blown and I need some recommendations, especially as there’s no where really you can go and try these things anymore!.

My boy is now 6 months old...we have a mothercare journey travel system but we’re keen to get a proper pushchair as it’s a bit of a pain having the wheels and seat separately. We ideally want one that’s good “off road” for walks locally (we live in a rural spot, so often go over rough track, grass, and occasionally pavements that haven’t been touched since being laid decades ago) as well as spots like national trust gardens/parks, local woods etc. I’d quite like one that goes parent facing as well as world facing so I can keep an eye on my little man, and ideally it would be a compact fold for two reasons- I have a ridiculous car-VW beetle convertible -and so that if we ever get to go abroad on hols we could take it with us...obv comfort for him is key too.

Can I have your suggestions please? What’s worked for you?

City mini or city mini GT is certainly worth a look. But it doesn’t parent face, although it does have a peekaboo window in it. Is second hand an option? Maybe a City Versa GT could work as it goes parent facing.

Mountain buggy can also parent face when using carrycot plus. Smile
