Stroller with a really upright seat?

My cosatto yo 2 is in a really reclined position and my dd keeps getting frustrated. Are the sit me up straps any good that you can buy off ebay etc?

Don’t know about the straps but the Silver Cross Reflex or Pop are upright. The Zest isn’t though.
