HELP? icandy peach shoulder strap height adjustment

I'm not sure if I'm being totally stupid, baby girl is just going into the main seat of her icandy peach but im not sure how to change the height of the straps to the lowest position? There is velcro at the bottom but there is no way a hand could fit in and get up to the top...surely?

I now have this same question too! Did you find out in the end? It must be up from the Velcro opening?

Just in case this bells anyone in the future - we worked it out! You go up the back via the Velcro for the waist straps but for the shoulder straps you can just do them from inside the seat itself (rather than up the back) - pop the strap out and put back into the level you want! Phew!
