So my DD is almost 3months, she’s a pretty long baby, and I think in a month she may not fit very well in the carrycot on the Pram, already, there is about 3 inches above her head when her feet are stretched to the bottom.
I know that iCandy say not to use the seat unit until they are 6months, or until they can sit up on their own.
So, do I move her into the seat unit once she’s too long to comfortably fit in the carrycot, or just squish her in?

I used a wedge in the seat unit as my DS was the same, as long as your baby can lie flat and is supported then I think it's ok to use the seat unit. I can't remember the make of the wedge but there are a few different types you can get.

Thank you, I’ll have a look for one

I have the iCandy peach 19’ model with duopod for the chair unit, I can measure it if that would help?

MurphyL · 15/05/2020 09:31

It is approx 85cm in length, the bit for the buckle
is 33cm from the bottom, there are 4 vertical top openings for the straps they start 12cm down from the top and are 5cm apart down the ways they are about 10cm apart from left to right. Then 33cm from the top there are two horizontal openings 13cm apart.
I hope that makes sense, if it doesn’t let me know!

There is also the bit that zips onto the above bit to make it a pod, if you want that measured let me know!

And it can be used fluffy way in or out. It seems super cosy!
