Purchased an Oyster 3 brand new in March 2019. Daughter wasn't born till May, so actually had very little use.
Within 6 months -
Rear wheel completely fell off which almost dropped my 6 month old into the canal.
Pushchair hood latch broke so it kept falling off.
Both replaced as Babystyle agreed they were faulty.
At 9 months -
Front wheel lock broke so would no longer stay straight.
In addition to the above faults, the d rings for the strap in the pushchair forever dug into our daughters back, so much shed scream when in it. Babystyles suggestion...spend another £50 on their footmuff to cover up the issue.
All in all, an awful pram that we are now refusing to use. Purchased an 8 year old iCandy to replace it. Quality is leagues above the Oyster. And rattles far less.
Contacted babystyle to try get our money back. They just fobbed us off to Trading Standards!
It might have a Which best buy award, but take our advice as a long term user...
Avoid this pram.
