Hello mums! Appreciate any help.

Just bought the hybrid pushchair by ‘baby style’ and it has a pack of these black things included . They are not clips - what are they?! Ta x

It almost looks like it might be covers for something. Perhaps if your attaching the 2nd seat or something it then covered those screw areas?
