I so wish I had read the reviews earlier. I bought my playpen/room divider back in August 26th 2019 but didn't need to use it straight away so left it in its packaging. I got it out the other day and the plastic connector for the gate part at the base was snapped off. When I checked the packaging, there was only a flimsy bit of foam put round the corners. So disappointed. I have emailed them back and because I paid via PayPal, I should be able to make a claim against them. I have emailed them in the hope they will sort this out as my warranty doesn't run out until 26th February 2020.
