Toddler and new born

Was wondering if anyone could give me some advice to help me make my mind up. I'm currently pregnant with baby number two, by the time baby is here my little girl will be 2 ( babies due a week before her second birthday). Anyway I've got no idea if I'm going to need a double pushchair or not. If I got a double it would be a bugaboo donkey 2 as they're suitable for a toddler and a new born. But I'm not sure if this would be a waste of time? What age did you leave little ones come out of there pushchairs/strollers? Tia

My DD was 2y2m when baby was born and I thought I didn’t need a double but I was wrong! Luckily I had a single with a giant basket so she sometimes climbed in there but wasn’t reliable at walking long distances and I realised I was limiting where I could go and what I could do. So got a second hand out n about double when baby was 6 months old and it was amazing. Think my older dd is a bit lazy anyway so she still loves it on occasion now (she’s 3.5) if we’re off somewhere in a hurry or it’s a long way.
Would highly recommend the out n about anyway- dream to push on any terrain and narrower than a lot of doubles so very few places it won’t fit and super manoeuvrable.

What about something like the I candy orange? Double to single, integrated buggy board

My Dd was 2y 1m when baby was born and we haven't got a double - we use the buggy board a lot. The only down side is it limits how long we can be out cos where we used to just let Dd1 nap in the buggy now we tend to try and be home. However if really needed we could use the buggy seat instead of the pram and pop baby in the sling.

I have an 18 month gap and a MB duet.

I'm desperate to get back to my lovely Cam so hoping by 2 DS will be able to use the comfort board (he does not nap in pushchair any more alas).
Duet is the smallest side by side pm the market and overall can recommend getting 2nd hand

I have 25 months between mine. I used the donkey until youngest was 8 months but my older is a great walker. I bought mine second hand.

I have two children, however the age gap is a bit less so I am not very sure until when you need a double pushchair. I got the candy peach and it’s great! It has the advantage that you can easily remove one of the seats and use it as a single. My children really love it. I haven’t done this, but I have seen people on the street how do it, so I am not exactly sure of how it works. But as far as I am aware you can use it as a single with a buggy board. I walk a fair bit every day and after a bit the pushchair is quite heavy specially as the children get older, so really I can’t wait to be able to buy a small pushchair and fit it with a buggy board. My second is due with an almost bang on two year gap. We weren’t going to bother but have brought a cheap second hand mountain buggy duet and I love it. Been using it the last month so my eldest realised that his old single was for the new baby when just going local/short distance. But we walk a lot of miles with our two very young bouncy dogs and there’s no way he would walk miles and miles at pace yet. Best £50 spent. I looked at the donkey but couldn’t justify spending on a new one
