Any reliable all-terrain folding pushchair?

I got Cybex Balios S from Amazon 4 months ago, just started using it in reclined/sitting position as the baby just 4 month old and found out that the back of the pushchair drops from reclined position back to flat position randomly.
I think it is unsafe for a baby to be in such pushchair.
Amazon does not help if the return period has expired. Luckily Cybex repairs collected the pushchair and will attempt to repair it but I found myself wondering if I should buy another pushchair. But which one? I need all-terrain wheels and folding as we often go to Richmond park and countryside and do not have a lot of space at home or in the car boot to fit the pushchair.
I am thinking of either Mamas & Papas Flip XT3 or Mamas & Papas Ocarro and buying from John Lewis only.
I have noticed many people go through 2-3 pushchairs over 3-4 years even with one child only. Are all pushchair are actually so unreliable and not durable that a single pushchair won't last 3-4 years?

I had a baby jogger city mini GT and absolutely loved it. You can lay it flat (or nearly flat I think - it's been a few years since I had DC in pushchairs) and it was a total dream to push on any kind of terrain. Really easy to manouevre and you can fold it one handed. It lasted a good few years, and DS who is tall could still fit in it aged 4 (used it occasionally at that age for holidays etc)

Thank you pannikin for recommendation.
I was planning to get City Mini GT but then saw Cybex where seat can face both ways and all extras (raincover, etc) were included. Cybex car seat was recommended by by DP colleague and I expected German engineered pushchair to be reliable.
If Cybex won't fix or replace the pushchair I might buy City Mini GT. Shame they are not available in John Lewis any more and I do not want to buy large/expensive items from Amazon ever again.
