Tall pram

All the prams I've looked at seem to be very low to the ground and it just doesn't feel right.

Not bothered about wether a car seat can clip on it but it does need to have an adjustable handle as I'm quite short.

Any recommendations would be very appreciated

Have a look at the Uppababy Vista, @chipchipchoo - that's the one I'm considering.

I was going to say Uppababy Vista, I had one for my DD, it has been excellent. It's still in near perfect condition after 4 years daily use, and I'm looking forward to using it for DS.
I'm 6' and it was very comfortable for me, my friend also got one and she's shorter and had no problems either.
Basket is huge too. Very easy to fold, and can be pushed one handed.
I have NO criticisms of it.

Jane pushchairs/prams are designed to have the seat or carry cot above exhaust fumes level.

I really like our Jane Epic.
