Had the pram 3 months. 1st one we had the handle kept collapsing so they sent another.... 2nd one, worse. We were walking along and the one side of the pushchair collapsed due to a bolt and nut falling out. This sent our 12 week old baby flying into the side of the pram. We also have front wheel fall off and lock regularly, the car seat doesn't lock into the push chair frame, the car seat leather surround on the handle zip has broken, the two back wheels face inwards. I can go on. So in light of all this I contacted the shop we have brought from and they spoke to Barbara at bebeboo. They got nowhere apart from they will repair it. So I decided to call up Barbara, and talk to her myself. Wow. What a rude, patronising, and uncaring woman. When I explained about the bolts first I was told "well it's your responsibility to check the pram, I'm sure you check your car before you go out" then went on to say when I explained about my daughter's safety she told me its my responsibility to ensure her safety not theirs.
Refund refused.
I asked for a copy of their EU safety inspection certificate and our guarantee and also a call from a manager or MD to discuss to no avail.
No respect, no compassion, no customer service and clearly no one with a conscious.
I'll be talking to trading standards, and taking this "company" to court.
I know for a fact I am not the only one experiencing these issues, and I will be in contact with them to arrange putting a case together against them
If you value your child's safety I suggest you avoid this brand at all costs!!!
