Parent facing double that goes on buses?

I have a 2 year old and a 2 month old. Don't drive, but do like to get bus to town for shops/cafes/toddler groups/play parks etc.

Have tried sling and pushchair - it works for short trips, but if I'm out all day I get overly hot, find it difficult to wrangle toddler (i.e. lift them onto swings/rescue from top of slide etc), and get a bit sick of not being able to put baby down anywhere in a cafe and have a break!

I've tried pram and buggy board - again, works in small doses, but it's impossible to shop with a toddler running off every two seconds, and the board seems to make the pram hard to reverse round corners etc, which makes it tough in tight spaces like shops or buses.

So I'm looking for a double that's easy to push all day, small enough to go on buses/shop with/fit in a cafe, comfortable for a baby and a toddler, ideally parent facing for at least the baby.

Any suggestions, or am I asking for too much?!

Baby jogger select is a good option, lots of seating positions, plus can be a single when older one wants to walk and and get a buggy board fitted. I had two DC 15 months apart and Loved this pram/pushchair until they were both walking everywhere. Believe me I wwbt through four prams and three pushchairs plus a side by side double and the baby jogger select was by far the best.
