Hi, I know this is against Cossato advice for cleaning the hood (gently wash with mild detergent) but I'm wondering if anyone has put this through a washing machine on delicate cycle.
Ours is quite dirty after a plane trip and I have successfully removed the material from the hood frame. However after a couple of goes with nailbrush, soap and water there are still a few marks.
There is one structured bit that worries me, I'm guessing made of plastic and not sure what would happen if it got squashed in the wash.
Any advice welcome.
