I have bought the mother care journey pram, the zip on the hood broke. So we had to take the hood back where the shop assistant took the hood off the metal bar and kept it the hood and we kept the bar. The hood was then posted to us.
For love nor money I can not get the bar back on the hood. Seems undo able. The shop assistant told me that was how you washed the hood - so it is supposed to do it.
Any help plz xxx
