Joie I Level Compatability

Hi all, having a total mare right now with re our travel system. Long story short bought Silver Cross Pioneer travel system from mothercare. Then got told they don't recommend the car seat as it isn't safe, further research backs this up (why sell it then?!) they won't refund us anything. Anyway bought Joie I Level after being told it was compatible with our pram chassis. Bought the maxi coding adaptors per advice on internet but they don't work... any help?! Looks like I'm going to have to try sell the pram or the car seat

Not sure if it's the same but we had Maxi Cosi adaptors for a Joie i-Gemm and it worked fine... they were Mamas and Papas pushchair ones, but we had to unscrew a little panel on them for them to work (or the seat wouldn't clip in).

Could you let me know the outcome? I have a Silvercross Pioneer and was told my an advisor in Mothercare that the Joie I level is compatible using Maxi Cosi adaptors however on the Joie website it says it’s not!

Ignore lists on websites. The Mothercare advisor is more likely to know. The problem with website lists is they are outdated.

The Silver Cross car seat is fine though, the Simplicity? It's not unsafe - where have you heard that it is? Sorry appreciate this post is a few months old now.

Anyone managed to find adapters that work?
