Airplane carry on strollers!

Hi, please can I have recommendations for a carry on stroller that fits in airplane overhead lockers? We live abroad and fly frequently and I can't face packing up the icandy peach anymore! Be been looking at the Yoyo, silver cross jet, babyjogger city and Ickle Bubba. I have no idea which to order and need to order ASAP! The price point on the Yoyo annoys me as its so much for a little stroller! Thanks so much.

Not sure any airline will let you take it onto the plane? Most of them don't, I don't know of any that do, regardless of size. Most airlines allow you to take the pram (of any size) to the gate or even to the foot of the plane and then they check it for you as baggage.

I grimaced at the price of the yoyo but it's become our main pram as its so good. I considered the baby jogger one and another one that I can't remember but they only went to 15kg whereas the yoyo goes to 18kg. It also has an excellent resale value.

I take mine on the plane no problems, its an absolute lifesaver. We fly very frequently across Europe and apart from the tiny propeller planes it's always in the overhead locker.

We just bought a cheap one from Mothercare that folded up small enough to be accepted/received back at the gate. I think there's one that BA accepts, but it's quite expensive.

All pushchairs can be folded up to be given over at the gate. OP is talking about strollers that are the same dimensions and hand luggage when folded and fold to a canin bag dimension so you can take them directly on the plane.
We tested the Jet today OP. I really liked it, but shop owner said it was flimsy and he wouldnt recommend it. My boy loved it too though, it folds so so tiny and I liked it so now I’m even more confused! It’s really no different than the yoyo to handle or comfort wise but the yoyo costs a lot more! The ickle bubba and city jogger are too big for a couple of the airlines we use (eg first choice, thomson) so won’t be going for them.. i’m so undecided!

We have the Silvercross Jet and it’s amazing! We bought one for £150 from the Silvercross factory shop in Bradford. They deliver too! You need to call them to see if they have any in stock as their website is not always up to date.
