Travel System - First baby - Help!

So I have been looking at travel systems for our first baby. It is still early days for us but best to look ahead!
I don't want to spend loads but still want something that will be decent.
I have found two systems and I would like your opinions on both of these.
Things that I'm looking to find out are:
Car seat safety
World/Parent facing options?
Folding down - is it easy?
Wheels - all terrain or just flat pavement?
Anything else you can tell me?

I wish I had just bought a 0/1+ carseat like the joie 360 spin from the beginning as I could count on two hands the amount of times I actually put his baby seat onto the pram.. He's 11 months now and grew out of the baby seat about a month ago

Hi don’t know either of those but I had a joie chrome which was reasonably priced and did the job well. The car seat was highly rated. I did lift Dd in and out of the car in the seat.
Hauk always seem to be cheaply made but I don’t know the other brand at all.
