Tandem with view from both seats?

I have a 3 month old and a 20month old and dont get on with current double so think a tandem is my only option but wonder is there a tandem on the market which both kids can see from. Rather than the one at the back looking at the back of the front seat.

I have an Uppa Baby Vista, toddler in main seat facing me and baby in lower seat facing front. Both seats can face either way, though some configurations (like facing each other) doesn't work. There are several chairs out there like this, I know Silver Cross does one, not sure of other brands.

Thank you. With tandems does the younger need to be in the front seat?
I have stairs to tackle so was thinking I'd take the oldest out for the stairs

Some makes have toddler in main seat, some not. It's easier to control the pushchair when the heavier child is in the main seat. I can't imagine getting a tandem pushchair up stairs with any children in it, well not the brands I've mentioned. They are so much bigger and heavier than the singles I own. But maybe you are very strong!
