Best Lightweight Pushchair

Does anybody know what pushchair combines all of the following features:

  • Suitable from 6 months
  • Forward and rear facing
  • Super comfy and snug seat
  • The back of the seat is hard, rather than soft and made of fabric only.
  • One handle
  • Light (up to 7 kg)
  • Compact when folded (to go in the airplane overhead compartment)
  • All wheels suspension

Yoyo Babyzen seems to tick almost every box, but I am not sure if its comfy enough and if it's smooth to ride.

Just so you know Babyzen YoYo isn’t parent facing in the 6 months+ configuration. But it’s excellent. We’ve had ours for over a year, it gets almost daily use, it’s super sturdy and DD seems to have no complaints about the smoothness of the ride. The only times it falls short is in very extreme winter weather, think several inches of snow, or off-roading. But then that will be true of most lightweight pushchairs, especially if you’re looking for one that folds to cabin bag size. We also have an icandy peach and those are the only occasions it gets used because the YoYo is so much easier.

Thanks a lot, that's very helpful!

I don’t think there’s a parent facing after 6 months, cabin baggage friendly pushchair on the market! The yo-yo is a great pushchair, also have a look at the joie pact and the mamas and papas acro. We currently have an acro as our only pushchair and it’s great. No issues taking it on the plane either, even with Ryanair!

Have a look at the baby jogger city tour lux and cybex ezy twist. Not certain they’re cabin baggage size though.
