Hi, newbie here 
I was just wondering has anyone had any problems with their Giggle 2 frame?
Went to put mine down this evening to put into the car, and it won’t go down. Red button is pushed in and the pull up won’t move, frame isn’t going down.
Huge problem for getting the older child from school tomorrow as we have to drive to school and walk from a car park down a busy 40mph road. Can anyone help with any ideas?
And if it’s happened to you how did you fix it?
We couldn’t register the 4 years guarantee as Cosatto wouldn’t allow us as we brought the pram in November last year and didn’t open until March this year when LO was born. Apparently it’s 28 days from buying it, which we didn’t know until we opened it up in March.
