How to clean an I candy?

I bought a second hand I candy peach blossom (I think it's called) today. Although it's in good condition, id like to clean I think up a bit as there are a few marks on the frame and in the basket. What products are ok to use? I was think perhaps dettol since the couple who had it before me have 4 dogs
Not sure if that's ok though?!

I used zoflora on ours!

It was a few months before it would be used though, I only needed the double after DS2 was born.

I used hot water and washing up liquid to scrub mine then hosed it down in the garden and left to dry in the sun. It came up beautifully.
