Hello! Does anyone have any info about the max weight that can be carried in a pushchair basket? I have a Graco Evo (big basket). I remember the man in Mothercare warning me not to overload it with heavy things but can't find any actual info. The weight limit of the pushchair is 15kg and DD is 14.4kg.

I'm coming under pressure from a charity I'm involved with to do their banking - which involves lots of bags of small change! They think I can just wheel it all to the bank but it weighs a ton!

Usually basket limits are between 5-10kg but it really depends. If you were warned by Mothercare, then I would think 5kg. Big size doesn't always mean that it can take heavy weight, unfortunately :(

Thank you @ellybo that sounds reasonable. That would carry my bits of shopping ok or a trip to the library but definitely no to the huge quantities of coins!!

No no. Most of them are just not meant for it and will rip apart. I wouldn't risk it and you will need to have the basket for the baby stuff.
