So we have a chameleon 3 it’s only a couple of months old. I have just switched from the carrycot to pushchair top but I have noticed when reclining it from upright to lie flat it goes too far - I am not sure if I am going to explain this well but it has three positions, upright, semi upright and lie flat. It clicks between the first two and stops each time but when I am moving to lie flat if I don’t stop it myself it keeps going so the baby’s head can be below his feet. So it goes beyond lie flat into upside down upright. With the baby in the weight sometimes just makes it go straight past lie flat and starts reclining the other way which could be an issue if baby isn’t strapped in.
Is this right or should there be a safety mechanism stopping it, there is no automatic ‘click’ like there is with the other two positions.
Hopefully I am explaining myself well enough if not I can post pics! If it’s not right I will obviously complain.
