Best off-road pushchair?

I want a good pushchair for walking on rough terrain (grass, sand) and jogging (she said optimistically..) My baby is only 10 weeks old so prob needs to be of the suitable from birth variety. I’ve been trying to research this online but am bewildered by the options and just want to know what’s considered to be the best / most reliable brand. I already have an Uppababy Cruz so don’t really need a travel system as such, but would be a positive if I could clip car seat onto new one. Thanks in advance for any thoughts on this.

Something with large air filled tyres will work well on rough terrain.

The Nipper 360 is a good all rounder as it's quite compact and lightweight for daily use around town but sturdy enough for off roading. The seat fully reclines and is huge!

I'm not 100% sure but I think you can add a Maxi Cosi seat to it too.

I had a Bob sports utility - excellent off road.

I have a Jane slalom which is fabulous going up and down rocky hills. It's the older version so quite heavy but the newer version is much lighter.
Adding gel filled tyres is always a good idea to avoid punctures.
