Rear & front facing buggy up to age 3-4?

Hi all

DD is 6 months and growing like a weed :-)
I'm looking for a buggy recommendations with the following features:

• rear & front facing (most important)
• sun shade
• rain cover
• foot muff & cosy toes
• lightweight (size no issue)
• various recline & sit-up positions

Been thinking of Oyster but is there a specific model or better one?
Got a car seat which will probs last until 12m.
Hoping to spend under £100 but open to all suggestions please.

Cheapest one I've found which is rear and front facing is the Joie Chrome, but it's still over £100.

Would you look second hand? That would be your best bet.
