Baby Jogger City Mini - harness advice needed

Hi all,

Does anyone have this pushchair and have problems with the harness buckle/clip. No matter what I try, the buckle which the straps plug in to just keeps coming away from the crotch strap. I've attached photos...is there a piece missing or am I doing this all wrong? It's driving me bonkers!

Would really appreciate any advice :) thank you in advance x

Hi there, I have experienced same issues as you. Is yours a newer model? I have the new model with the updated harness, so am wondering there may be a defect? Surely this is a safety issue? Am going to consult manual and then failing that, contact Baby Jogger. Will let you know how I get on x

GingerLemonade - have contacted John Lewis (where we purchased our pram) and Baby Jogger about the harness clip, as this is a serious defect. It looks like the fabric of the main clip should be sewn onto it but it isn’t - see my photos. This means harness could come apart at any time. Am awaiting to hear from both. You should contact BJ on their UK contact number too, as it is major, safety risk. Good luck x
