Doona car seat -is this a good deal ?

Would £70 for a used but in good condition doona car seat be a good deal? Not sure how much they generally sell for second hand? Thanks!

It seems like a reasonable price to me but remember to check it over fully, ask about its history (storage/drops/accidents) and make sure it fits in your car.
