Problems with double buggies

Hi all,

I have purchased two double buggies (second hand) and both are having the same problem. When the children sit in the buggy the front wheel lifts up, making it impossible to manoeuvre. Anyone else experienced this and know how to fix it. Myself and my husband can't work it out

I bought iCandy Orange last October & only been using it as a double this Jan 2018 as I gave birth to my 2nd baby last Dec. Now the handle is broken and while on the bus the pushchair slides/rolls whenever the bus turn left or right. I contacted both iCandy & Mothercare (where I bought the push chair). I was informed that iCandy advised Mothercare that this is normal. Which is not right. It slides to the slightest turn of the bus. I had SilverCross & Stokke and never had this issue. Mothercare made me feel like theres nothing they can do as iCandy will not do. something about it.
