Pram recommendations from toddler and newborn

DS will be 1.5 when baby 2 is due. I plan on using a sling a lot but I walk everywhere so will need a double pram too.

I don't want a side by side style one as I live in an old city with very narrow pavements (and huge numbers of tourists to squeeze past).
I want one that converts to a single too as I will be using it when DS is not with us, and when baby is in a sling.

I'm leaning towards Joolz Geo or uppababy vista. Also looking at baby jogger select. Joolz has a good which review but I rarely see people with them - any ideas why? A lot of people seem to go for vistas.

Last time I skimped on the pram and I regretted it massively as the pram caused me so many problems, it made me so anxious about leaving the house and I ended up spending more in the end than I would have if I just got the one I wanted. So this time I just want something that works!!

Have you looked at a Hybrid Edge? I've just bought one and they have fantastic reviews.

I have a 21mo gap and a Vista. Love it! It's big, especially in the boot, but they're both so comfortable in it.

Is it less easy to try a Joolz maybe? Not sure where they're stocked. We had the Vista as a single so didn't do much research into alternative tandems.
