Is it just my child that seems to hang by his bum in buggies?

My ds is 18 months and we walk a lot so he's still in a pram quite a bit. We have a chicco urban which is great.

However were going on holiday in August and the place is quite hilly so i expect we will need to take a buggy.

We have a mothercare nanu which was fine when he was tiny but now he seems to hang off the seat by his bum, like the harness is the only thing stopping him sliding out?

I don't know whether this buggy has a tiny seat as I've nothing to compare it to but the poor kid looks so uncomfortable!

Does anyone else have this problem? Can anyone recommend a small folding buggy or pram I can take on holiday which won't have my child looking awfully uncomfy?!

Thanks!

I found this with my eldest, strollers were just useless for him but he's always been quite a big lad.

You need something with a deep seat and a footwell rather than a bar to put their feet on as it seemed to position him better. Tried the usual Maclaren XT, Jane Energy, Mamas and Papas Ora, Graco Mirage and a Hauck thing but none seemed much better.

Eventually settled on the Baby Jogger City Mini which was then passed on to #2, it's not the smallest fold but not huge by any means!
