Need a super lightweight double stroller

My DM is going to be looking after my twins next year so i need a really lightweight easy to handle double pushchair/stroller for as little as possible. I've currently got an inline one which i love and i will be keeping but its too heavy for DM. She has back and neck problems so i need something really lightweight but sturdy that can take 1yo up to 3yo. Id prefer new.. but my budget is non existant so it would probably have to be second hand. Any suggestions?

Caring for DC is very physical: is she actually fit to do so, if she struggles with an ordinary double pushchair?

My DM is disabled, wanted to help care for the DC regularly and couldn’t: it was really sad, but better not to go down that road than run into problems for everyone.

Yes she babysits fairly often and she's fine with the babies themselves but she can't lift the inline in and out of the car. it's ridiculously heavy. I struggle with it too as does dh!
