Best foldable to keep in car boot?

Could anybody recommend a light, foldable pushchair that we can keep in the car boot and use when we're out and about? Taking the big one is a real hassle now! Thank you!

Mountain Buggy Mini is about 7kg and folds small for a normal sized car boot.

I had a mamas and papas one - there is usually one of theirs on offer somewhere. Argos or Mothercare.
