Best way to replace handle cover??

I've bought a Silver Cross wayferer second hand; it's immaculate bar some wear on the handle bar. Whilst obviously not a massive issue, I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to decently cover them? I was debating tape but no doubt it would look shoddy!

There's various eBay sellers who make little fabric 'jackets' for a variety of pram handle covers. We bought one for our bumper bar after Ds teethed a little too enthusiastically!

The one I bought was made of like a fleecy sweatshirt sort of material with Velcro. It wore reasonable well and could be washed too which is a bonus
